These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of the premises, simulator bays, equipment, technology, and services provided by Pure Strike Studio LLC (the “Facility”). By booking a session, entering the premises, or using any equipment, each customer, guest, invitee, or visitor (collectively, “Users”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms in addition to the executed Waiver and Release of Liability.

1. Acceptance of Terms

As a condition of entry and use of the Facility, all Users must agree to these Terms and the Waiver and Release of Liability. Any individual who books a session is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these Terms.

2. Facility Use, Bay Rules, and Conduct

Users shall conduct themselves in a safe, orderly, and respectful manner at all times while on the premises.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Reckless or uncontrolled swinging of golf clubs
Standing within another User’s designated swing area
Entering or crossing a simulator bay while a User is preparing to swing or actively swinging
Running, horseplay, or disruptive behavior
Misuse, tampering, or unauthorized adjustment of equipment
Entering staff-only or restricted areas

Only one individual may swing a club at any given time within a simulator bay. Users must remain behind the hitting line except when actively striking a ball.

Proper athletic footwear is required at all times. Sandals, open-toed footwear, high heels, or bare feet are prohibited.

3. Supervision of Children/Minors

All minors (persons under the age of 18 years old) must be directly and continuously supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Pure Strike Studio LLC does not provide supervision or monitoring of minors.

4. No Instruction, Supervision, or Coaching

Pure Strike Studio LLC does not provide golf instruction, swing guidance, or safety supervision unless expressly arranged as a separate paid service. Users are solely responsible for how they swing, where they stand, and how they utilize the equipment.

5. Responsibility for Damage to Equipment or Facility

Users are financially responsible for any and all damage caused by themselves, their guests, or minors under their supervision, whether accidental or intentional.

This includes, without limitation:

Impact screens and framing
Projectors and mounts
Launch monitors and sensors
Hitting mats and turf
Walls, ceilings, floors, and lighting
Tablets, computers, wiring, and software interfaces
Clubs or accessories provided by the Facility
Furniture, fixtures, and décor

Users expressly authorize Pure Strike Studio LLC to charge the payment method on file for the full cost of repair or replacement, including labor and associated downtime.

6. Personal Property Disclaimer

Pure Strike Studio LLC shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to phones, wallets, golf clubs, bags, keys, or vehicles located in the parking area.

7. Alcohol, Drugs, and Intoxication

Any User appearing to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied entry or removed from the Facility without refund. Pure Strike Studio LLC retains sole discretion in making this determination in the interest of safety.

8. Surveillance and Recording

The Facility is subject to continuous video and audio surveillance for safety, security, rule enforcement, and liability documentation. By entering the premises, Users consent to such recording.

9. Reservations, Timekeeping, Cancellations, and Refunds

All sessions must be prepaid.
Session time begins and ends at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
No refunds shall be provided for late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Pure Strike Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to maintenance, equipment malfunction, or safety concerns.
No refunds shall be issued to Users removed for violations of these Terms.

10. Right to Refuse Service and Removal

Pure Strike Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse service to or immediately remove any User for unsafe behavior, rule violations, intoxication, or disruptive conduct. Such removal may occur without warning and without refund.

11. Assumption of Risk

Use of the Facility involves inherent and obvious risks, including but not limited to ricochets, mis-hits, and equipment hazards. Entry into the Facility constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these risks in addition to the executed Waiver.

12. Cleanliness, Food, and Drink

Users shall keep simulator bays clean and dispose of trash properly. Food and beverages must be kept away from simulator equipment and electronics. Users may be charged cleaning or damage fees resulting from spills or messes.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Oklahoma. Users agree to reimburse Pure Strike Studio LLC for attorney’s fees incurred in enforcing these Terms.

14. Modification of Terms

Pure Strike Studio LLC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Facility after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Waiver and all posted safety rules and signage, constitute the entire agreement between Users and Pure Strike Studio LLC and supersede any prior understandings.

Acknowledgment

By booking a session, entering the Facility, or using any equipment, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions
